So why am I starting a blog you ask?
I enjoy reading blogs written by experts like myself and find them very helpful when looking for preliminary information about a direction that I am interested in pursuing, or some motivation to continue on a path that I have decided to take. So I decided that if I find expert blogs helpful, maybe someone will find my blogging helpful and inspirational as well.
Blogging also lets me share information that I have learned to a wider audience about all the things that I love; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, running, living healthy and learning to develop the power within you to create the best life that you can.
This blog is not meant to replace individual or family therapy, but only to augment the work that you are doing to improve your mood and your life through gaining control of your thoughts.
